Job Dating - our flat-fee job board for roles under £50K
If you're looking to recruit, then your first step should be to add your company’s profile to our employer database (just like a dating site) so candidates can see what’s on offer.
There's no charge for reviewing profiles – you simply pay to meet the candidates you think match your needs. No strings attached!
For candidates seeking a salary under £25K, we charge just £25 + VAT for each you choose to interview. (£50 + VAT including a psychometric profile)
For candidates seeking a salary between £25-50K we charge just £50 + VAT for each you choose to interview. This fee also includes a psychometric profile.

Principal Partners - our flat-fee recruitment consultancy service
Salary £50-90K: Flat-fee of £7,200* payable in three stages (see below).
Salary >£90K: Flat-fee of £15,000* payable in three stages (see below).
- 1) 1/3 After our initial consultation
- 2) 1/3 Before interviews with selected candidates
- 3) 1/3 On signing a candidate
We also offer a rebate should a candidate turn out to be unsuitable.
We find this method of recruitment is more cost-effective for our clients when our services are commissioned on an exclusive basis.
